Hecht Strengthens Leadership Team and Aligns Corporate Management for Further Growth
Hecht Contactlinsen GmbH is strengthening its leadership team: Anja Clages and Wolfgang Seitz will jointly take over the company’s day-to-day management, while Stefan Muckenhirn will remain managing director.
Wolfgang Seitz has been Managing Director since September 1, 2025, and will be responsible for finance and operations; Anja Clages, who has also been with Hecht since September 15, 2025, will be responsible for marketing and customer relations.
Johannes Zupfer, the company’s former CEO, has left Hecht. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to him for his excellent collaboration and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
With its new management structure, Hecht is laying the organizational groundwork to further expand its market position in Europe. Anja Clages and Wolfgang Seitz will provide even closer and more personalized support to customers and partners in the future, consistently further develop customized products and services, and use innovations to help customers achieve even greater success in the fitting process. A particular focus will be on collaborative partnerships with opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists, supported by the expert guidance provided by Hecht’s fitting consultation service and the personal field sales team.
