This year, on the occasion of International Women's Day (IWD), Vogue Eyewear is supporting the international NGO Equality Now  - and is once again sending out a strong signal for gender equality and greater awareness of the opportunities and services that promote equal opportunities.

International Women's Day 2026 on March 8

2026 is all about the International Women's Day theme “Give To Gain”: when people and communities are generous, opportunities and support for women increase. Giving is a conscious multiplication. Because when women are successful, everyone benefits. Based on this motto, Vogue Eyewear's new campaign is entitled “When we give, we gain”. It follows the conviction that progress for one group ultimately benefits everyone: when barriers are broken down, resources are shared, knowledge is passed on and visibility is created, everyone gains and a more connected world is created.

Vogue Eyewear invites opticians, students and industry professionals to become part of the campaign. Anyone can take part and become an integral part of the German #GiveToGain communication by taking a photo of themselves in the official pose and sending their photo to the Vogue Eyewear team ([email protected]) sends.

Together with Equality Now

With the 2026 campaign, Vogue Eyewear is continuing its long-standing collaboration with Equality Now. Founded in 1992, the international human rights organization campaigns worldwide for legislative changes and political frameworks that strengthen the rights, safety and equal opportunities of women and girls.

Exchange remains central: Diversity Lab events continue

The fact that social commitment is not an isolated project for Vogue Eyewear is also demonstrated by its ongoing collaboration with Diversity Lab. Practical workshops for students and prospective master opticians have already taken place in 2025 - most recently at the end of November at the Hermann Pistor School of Optometry in Jena with over 30 participants. The content included real-life case studies, changes in perspective and the economic relevance of diversity, for example with regard to barrier-free communication and inclusive customer experiences. In 2026, Vogue Eyewear will continue to hold inspiring workshops with Diversity Lab - again specifically for opticians as well as trainees and students of optometry. The format is practical, interactive and open - and invites people to network, listen, change perspectives and think boldly. The locations and dates will be announced in good time.
