Apr\u00e8s une discussion approfondie, les d\u00e9cisions suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>OPTIKSCHWEIZ va contester la d\u00e9cision du SBFI et d\u00e9poser un recours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Le recours n'est possible que dans un d\u00e9lai non extensible. Il est possible de chercher s\u00e9par\u00e9ment des alternatives possibles et appropri\u00e9es \u00e0 une formation continue.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>OPTIKSCHWEIZ voit et reconna\u00eet qu'il existe dans la branche, y compris parmi ses membres, des besoins et des attentes diff\u00e9rents en mati\u00e8re d'offres de formation continue adapt\u00e9es (r\u00e9fraction et lentilles de contact).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>OPTIKSCHWEIZ reste dispos\u00e9e \u00e0 mener des discussions avec l'AOVS au sujet d'une formation continue pour les opticiens\/opticiennes CFC et \u00e0 \u00e9laborer une solution commune adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la branche et acceptable sur le plan de la qualit\u00e9 et du contenu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>OPTIKSCHWEIZ voit des possibilit\u00e9s ou des approches constructives dans le cadre d'une discussion ouverte sur les r\u00e9sultats. Le pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement d'examen d'expert(e) en optique ophtalmique est toutefois inacceptable dans sa forme et son contenu pour diverses raisons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>L'\"artisan de la sant\u00e9\" de l'AOVS trouve \u00e9galement des partisans parmi ses membres, notamment dans les magasins qui esp\u00e8rent ainsi am\u00e9liorer leur situation en mati\u00e8re de succession et de vente de magasins et faciliter le recrutement dans le domaine de la r\u00e9fraction et des lentilles de contact.
