(Image: www.essilorluxottica.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>C\u00e9line Berg is responsible for strategic business development in DACH<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>C\u00e9line Berg, previously Managing Director of EssilorLuxottica Switzerland, becomes Business Development Director for the DACH region, Professional Solutions<strong>.<\/strong> In this role, she will actively shape important growth initiatives for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p>Its work focuses on the targeted development of new business potential, the active shaping of change processes, the further development of innovative solutions and the sustainable strengthening of its competitive position in the individual markets.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e9line Berg brings with her extensive market knowledge and many years of working in partnership with opticians. With her extensive international experience, strong collaboration skills and strategic vision, she will shape the next phase of development for the DACH region - always in close collaboration with the partner opticians. Her aim is to drive forward strategic developments in such a way that they have a concrete impact on the partners' day-to-day work.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Andrea Mazzo takes over the management in Switzerland<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Andrea Mazzo becomes Managing Director of EssilorLuxottica Switzerland, Professional Solutions. Over the past ten years, first as General Manager Luxottica DACH and then as General Manager EssilorLuxottica Germany Professional Solutions, he has played a key role in developing the market and establishing new, future-oriented business areas; including the introduction of smart glasses and Nance Audio hearing glasses in the region.<\/p>\n<p>In his new position, his focus will be on strong commercial development, efficient operational processes and the close integration of innovation, customer orientation and consistent implementation in the market. With his many years of international experience - including more than 18 years in the optical industry - and his clear vision for change processes, he wants to shape the next development phase for the Swiss market together with his team - always in close dialog with the partner opticians.<\/p>\n<p>With these management decisions, EssilorLuxottica is underlining its commitment to long-term, competent and cooperative support for opticians.
