The combined company will operate under the name Vision Group Holding AG across Europe (e.g. Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Italy etc.) and serve millions of customers with a robust portfolio of brands such as Lensonline, Lensvision, Discountlens and others.<\/p>\n
