Jasmin Aziz, CEO of VisilabGroup SA and Managing Director of EssilorLuxottica Switzerland, was presented with the Empowering Women Award 2026 by the Swiss business women's platform «Ladies Drive» and Porsche Schweiz AG at this year's League of Leading Ladies Conference. This award recognizes her exceptional commitment to empowering women in international companies and the consistent promotion of female talent.

Jasmin Aziz is a dynamic leader with over fifteen years of leadership experience in transformation, brand strategy and organizational development. She creates cultures where investing in people is not a cost factor but a strategic multiplier. Her career has taken her from Henkel - where she held positions in Trade Marketing, Brand Management and as Sales Director - to The Estée Lauder Companies, where she was Country Manager Switzerland in 2022, leading large, predominantly female teams and several prestige brands with full G&V responsibility. Since May 2025, she has been CEO of VisilabGroup SA and Managing Director Optical Retail Switzerland at EssilorLuxottica, managing more than 1,500 employees throughout Switzerland with the retail banners Visilab, McOptic and KochOptik.

The jury - including Alexandra Lund (serial entrepreneur, Consultant Family Offices), Ulrich Rotzinger (Head of Business Blick) and Sandra-Stella Triebl (Publisher Ladies Drive Magazine) - quickly reached a consensus: „After Jasmin Aziz had already been nominated by well over 30 female colleagues in her role at The Estée Lauder Companies a few years ago - and now again, this time from the Visilab environment - it quickly became clear to us: what Jasmin Aziz embodies in leadership and top management is outstanding,“ argues the President of the League of Leading Ladies, Sandra-Stella Triebl.

„Jasmin is a leader who not only manages the companies she heads in an extremely smart way, but also with a great deal of sensitivity and a high degree of emotional intelligence. This makes her part of the new generation of CEOs who lead with heart and mind. And she promotes women out of the deepest conviction - because she observes how intelligent mentoring and the consistent succession of talent right up to the management level can also enable young women to develop their full potential and thus make a contribution to the success of the company,“ said jury member Alexandra Lund in her laudatory speech.

The League of Leading Ladies Conference was held for the thirteenth time this year and regularly brings together international leaders from business, science and society. The Empowering Women Award has been presented in cooperation with Porsche Schweiz AG since 2022 and honors women who actively shape change with attitude, innovative strength and effectiveness and who stand up for other women and for filling the pipeline - not because they have to, but because they have decided to do so.

Porsche, a partner of the conference from the very beginning, emphasizes the importance of visionary power for progress. «Those who have the courage to break new ground push the boundaries of what is possible. This attitude is deeply rooted in Porsche's DNA and characterizes our commitment to the Empowering Women Award. It stands for responsibility and the aspiration to actively shape progress. This year's award winner Jasmin Aziz combines this conviction with her actions and is passionately committed to future generations of women,» says Holger Gerrmann, CEO Porsche Schweiz AG.
