Stronger together: Dynoptic and Team 93 launch cooperation

The two leading players in the Swiss optical industry are opening a new chapter: Dynoptic and Team 93, the two most successful optical groups in the country, will be working together in selected areas in future. The focus will be on the joint promotion of training and further education - a milestone that will not only benefit the members, but also strengthen the entire opticianry sector.

Two strong partners - one shared vision
The cooperation unites two organizations that have been shaping the market for years:

  • Dynoptic - the oldest and strongest-selling association group in Switzerland - has 110 members in all parts of the country and stands for economic strength, quality and innovation.
  • Team 93 - the opticians' cooperative with 165 affiliated specialist stores in German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland - has the largest network of independent opticians in the country and is regarded as the leading platform for specialist expertise and further development.

Both groups share the same values: entrepreneurial independence, professional excellence and a passion for actively shaping the future of the optician's trade.

Education as the key to success

The focus of the cooperation is the joint promotion of professional expertise.

Team 93 has been offering a comprehensive program of seminars, development opportunities and courses for many years - with top-class speakers from the industry and academia. Particularly noteworthy are the four successful SME management courses held in collaboration with the University of St. Gallen.

Dynoptic discontinued its own range of seminars six years ago and has since supported its members individually with internal and external training. Thanks to the new partnership, Dynoptic members now benefit from Team 93's established training program - with tailored content, practical modules and a clear focus on the requirements of modern optical businesses.

A strong signal for the industry

The two managing directors, Andreas Frey (Team 93) and Martin Schütz (Dynoptic), see this cooperation as an important step for the entire optical industry.

„When two strong groups join forces, everyone benefits - our members, our employees and ultimately also our industry partners,“ Frey and Schütz jointly emphasize.

This alliance creates the largest and probably most competent network of independent opticians in Switzerland - a network based on trust, knowledge and future orientation.

Together we can see further

The new partnership between Dynoptic and Team 93 stands for active collaboration and the courage to break new ground. It is an inspiring example of how thinking and acting together can lead to measurable added value - for companies, customers and the industry as a whole.
